THE CLUB HOUSE
Making new friends and becoming acquainted with your neighbors at Colonial Estates won't be confined to chats over the backyard fence. You'll warm to the home-like atmosphere of the Club House, the hub of the community's social and entertainment scene.
Opulent and comfortable with open-beamed ceilings and 2 stone fireplaces, the Club House is a welcoming oasis offering enjoyable amenities and socials functions of nearly every description. The 4,500-square foot structure is centralized and available for exclusive use by residents.
There is a billiards area, as well as a general activities room, where you can team up for a variety of activities. You will fin an area for quiet conversation, where you can simply visit, play cards and board games, or engage in arts and crafts. Staying in good physical condition may be your thing, with a fully equipped exercise room or may choose spending some time on online in the Technology Center.
A central highlight of the Club House is the Banquet Hall with seating for up to 100 guests. During warm weather maybe you would rather host your parties and picnics outdoors in a covered activities area that can accommodate up to 50.
